Carolina Jasmine Infused Oil
My morning walk with the dog is quite aromatic and in some places, it appears to have “snowed” these sweet-smelling blooms that pretend to be a jasmine but truly are not.
This time of year in coastal Georgia is an explosion of springtime blossoms. One of my favorites is the Carolina Jasmine (Gelsemium sempervirens). One only needs to look to the tops of the Loblolly pines to see the yellow blossoms gracefully draped across their canopies.
