Rose Infused Whipped Cream
This month our star is Rose, so I was moved to share with you all how to make this delicate topper for any dessert you want to raise the bar on.

When I lived in upstate New York, there was a restaurant called Maxie’s Supper Club & Oyster Bar. Behind the bar, they had a variety of fresh oysters on ice, cuisine with a flair of The Big Easy, and the most amazing aromatic dessert I had ever tasted.
