The Plant Behind the Oil: Black Pepper

When I taught the certification program out of my home, I would burn this incense at my doorstep each morning when the students arrived, cleansing them energetically before they stepped into my home and encouraging their new phase of learning.

In contemporary practice, jasmine absolute is used in ways that bridge traditional knowledge and modern wellness.

In Korea, Yuzu (called Yuja) holds a place in folk medicine as a soothing remedy for winter ailments.
