I was first introduced to Indian home cooking over ten years ago when I met my then-future mother-in-law, Trudy.  She moved to Australia from India in the late 1970s and enjoys celebrating her heritage by cooking beautiful Indian dishes to share with her family. To say that I get excited about visiting her for dinner is an understatement!
